We use less quinine for our Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, which makes it smoother in taste. Our delicate Mediterranean Tonic Water with a floral note is created through the refined mixture of fine essential oils from Mediterranean herbs such as lemon thyme and rosemary from the Mediterranean coast.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

The farms on the rocky mountains of Provence in the south of France benefit from the warm air that flows inland from the Mediterranean Sea.
