Birdwild Hopfensud - Intense. Pure. Awesome.
Intense. Pure. Awesome. This is our India Pale Ale.
A hop explosion breaks through all the nerve tracts and inflames the thirsty throats. A variety of hops have come together and thanks to Ahtanum, Cascade and some more, every Hophead gets its money.
Copper colored hop treasure
Our hop treasure shines in a slightly opaque copper tone, and with its fine-pored white foam crown, the mouth of the beholder quickly dries - as with a hand-proof IPA. The fruity Hopfenbouquet smells from afar, a dream of red berries tickling in the nose and bewitched even before the first drop.
When touched with the tongue, the IPA ignites a fireworks of wild berries, citrus fruits and a small plum. The crisp and typical IPA bitterness is immediately at hand and carries our jewel into the hop sky.
A round IPA with a delicate taste, refreshingly fruity and crisp bitter.

Glass recommendation for the Maisel & Friends IPA
For our IPA, we recommend the Maisel & Friends pint glass. This all-rounder fits perekt for lighter Craftbiere up to approx. 6.5% Alk. Vol.
With its thick glass, it is as if cast in the hand and is ideal for all beers and craft beers, which can be "hissed" well. If no Maisel & Friends pint glass is at hand, a traditional beer mug fulfills its purpose.
