A refreshing Zäpflegenuss - without alcohol. Like every Rothaus beer we brew also our soft Tannenzäpfle exclusively with the finest ingredients: barley used in our country as well as aroma hops from Tettnang and the Hallertau.

To escape our beer the alcohol while maintaining its balanced flavor, we were looking for an entirely new way and found. Based on an innovative, newly developed system, we can get almost all the flavors in the beer. First, the finished beer is gently heated in a vacuum, so that the alcohol evaporates at 35 degrees.

So we avoid that the taste of our beer will be damaged by the heat. An additional aroma recovery ensures that volatile flavors that will evaporate the alcohol, are our Rothaus alcohol free Tannenzäpfle resupplied.
The result: in this quality previously unknown, unadulterated slightly bitter beer taste that thrilled and over again. Give it a try!
