Our bergamots grow in Italy, in a very small section of the mountains of Calabria. And only here. Accordingly, there are very few people who grow bergamot. Two of them are Ugo Sergi and his wife Tiziana - who are probably still wondering why we make lemonade from their shriveled organic fruit.
