Amarula fruit liqueur cream

Amarula Wild Fruit Cream Liqueur from South Africa, made from the fruit of the marula tree.
The golden-yellow fruit of the female Marula tree is harvested in February, the South African midsummer. The fruit has an elongated shape and the size of a medium-sized plum with a leather shell.
Deie seeds are rich in oil and protein.
In the harvested fruits, the seeds are removed and squeezed the flesh from the shell and then fermented.
After the fermentation process is distilled and the distillate is then stored for two years in oak barrels.
Then the matured distillate with fresh cream is added to a cream liqueur with an alcohol content of 17 percent by volume.
